Intern Capacity Development

Today, fighting poverty is one of the world´s biggest challenges. Inclusive business is an innovative and economically sustainable approach to face this problem. iBAN not only spreads knowledge about inclusive business, but also supports companies and policymakers in creating immediate, effective action.

Katharina is engaged in iBAN´s Capacity Development Programme for the private and the public sector.

Before she joined the iBAN team, she gained working experiences with the training division of the Centre for International Peace Operations (ZIF) Berlin. She has also worked for Europe´s New Training Initiative for Civilian Crisis Management (ENTRiccm) supporting a network of different European training institutions to conduct trainings for peace experts all around the world.

Katharina is currently finishing her bachelors degree in Regional Studies of Latin America and Social Sciences.

Editorial Committee

A high-level group of inclusive business thought leaders from a wide range of fields – including the private sector, donor organizations, and academia – drives the editorial agenda of iBAN blue, especially its online magazine ‘The Theme’.
