Rebecca is the Head of Knowledge and Policy on the SPRING Accelerator and has been part of the team since the end of the first cohort. She is passionate about monitoring, learning, and communication to bridge the gap between knowledge and action in market-based interventions. Along with the SPRING team, she co-developed a set of knowledge products to share SPRING’s lessons learned, including a toolkit to help businesses, investors and accelerators measure their impact on improving the lives of adolescent girls. Previously, Becca spent 6 years at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), where she worked with governments and businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia on developing national food fortification programs. She completed her MBA at the University of Geneva, Switzerland and her BA from the University of Notre Dame. Becca lives in Utrecht, the Netherlands with her husband and young son.
