Feedback from Dattawadi School Children

India
South Asia
10. Oct 2012

This week has started off with us taking an informal meeting with some of our customers at Dattawadi school premise, namely the children to inquire on the status of our services and ways that we can improve them. The children were at first a bit shy but slowly opened up and shared their opinions with us. The boys were generally happy with the toilets while the girls had a lot more to say. They preferred to have separate toilets in the instance that we would place sanitary dustbins for the adolescent girls to use as well as having taps inside the toilets to make it easier for ablutions.

This feedback is very good because we are now exploring various ways that we can improve the services and make the toilets better for use.
