Jamal Uddin is an Inclusive Business star-up mentor and expert with more than 13 years experiences in Inclusive Business ideation and development, HR business partnering, employee engagement, organizational development and supply chain management in Bangladesh. He has work experiences in FMCG, Garments manufacturing and food processing sector on the other hand with international development organization.He is now passionately working with 10 NGO\'s and Private companies to create inclusive business model and demonstrate success focused on women empowerment in garments sector of Bangladesh. In his career he demonstrated exceptional ability to create several new ideas, demonstrate success and engage stakeholders such as set up responsible business models for better employment and higher productivity, or in projects to increase the purchasing ability of the poor garments worker through forming fair prices shop inside the factory premises. The have become one o the success example for the whole garments industry in bangladesh. He also made income generating employee welfare fund model in the ready made garments (RMG) industry through which poor garments workers got access to expensive  medical funds and emergency loans.Mr. Jamal now relentless in persuing sustainable business model and engaged with different enterpreneurs\' communities, start-up forums to mentor and to learn from with a vision to take forward in the whole inclusive business sector in Bangladesh.

SNV Netherlands Development Organization supported by Embassy of Netherlands, launched a number of Inclusive Business models for the wellbeing of RMG workers in Bangladesh. The aim of the intervention is to build some sustainable business solutions to ensure affordable, available and accessible, quality health services for workers. There are a number of piloting initiatives taking place to test the effectiveness of different business models in this place.

Health Insurance, Access to finance for health, Mental health, Sanitation products, Maternal nutrition, wellbeing products etc are expected to be delivered through different business models. Many NGOs joined in, shifting from there traditional service delivery models to self sustaining models with prior co-investment. Private sector was also involved with investment to fill the development agenda along with their commercial benefit. RMG factories joined to ensure quality health & product services for their workers. The owners of the factories shared the cost of the products and services as responsible business practices. Both the NGOs and private companies doing their business and bringing the social changes. Now the time to recognize the contribution of the factories who facilitated of the unique journey from the beginning. The award winers having a joint photograph with Honorable Estate Minister of Women & Children Welfare, Her Excellence of the Ambassador of The Kingdom of the Netherlands, BGMEA Sr. Vice President and other distinguish guest to make memorable of the day.
