A Message from the Editorial Committee

8. Jan 2019

To our readers,

This past year was an exciting one for inclusive business and for us as advisors to the new online platform inclusivebusiness.net that was launched in September 2018 and builds on the wealth of practical content made available by the former Practitioner Hub for Inclusive Business.

Produced as part of the Inclusive Business Action Network’s knowledge sharing initiative “iBAN blue”, the platform provides up-to-date knowledge and insights for those working to deliver sustainable business models that benefit the world’s poorest.

Core to the platform content is the online magazine “Clued-iN” that is published every-other-month. It covers different topics that you, inclusive business practitioners and innovators, want to learn about. Since the platform launch, we covered Customer-Centricity, Digitalisation, and Integrating Environmental and Social Challenges.

In the year ahead, we look forward to further upgrading the platform based on your feedback and collaborating with contributors across the globe to bring you insights and tools for action on carefully chosen topics. February’s magazine will focus on Making the Business Case for Inclusive Business, followed by an edition on Skills in April and Financing in June.

Our people and our planet need inclusive business now more than ever. We are grateful for the opportunity to support you—the practitioners who are building this movement—through access to best practices, training, and most importantly, by connecting you to one another.

Thank you and happy 2019!
