Position Announcement: West Africa and East Africa Liaisons

After a successful start to the GIIN’s global liaison program in Europe, soon to be followed by South Asia, we are looking to hire additional consultants on annually-renewable contracts. The GIIN is seeking two liaisons, one to be based in West Africa and one in East Africa. The West Africa Liaison will focus on markets including Ghana and Nigeria in addition to Francophone countries such as Cameroon, Senegal, Mali, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, and other countries as relevant. The East Africa Liaison will focus on markets including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and other markets as relevant.

Both liaisons will (1) represent the GIIN in their respective regions within sub-Saharan Africa, (2) keep abreast of developments and themes in the impact investment sector in the region and enable the GIIN to share these insights globally, and (3) deepen engagement with local practitioners and networks across all of the GIIN’s programs.
