Acorn does not currently offer any LLP funds. Instead, the team focuses all its energy on managing and growing our current funds. Looking to the future, Acorn may very well offer an LLP Fund or Funds again.

The Acorn LLP Funds are structured as en commandite limited partnerships. Acorn therefore accepts unlimited liability on the investments made by the partnership whilst the other partners (the Limited Partner investors) assume limited liability. This ensures exclusivity and a close relationship with our investors.

Acumen is a non-profit that raises charitable donations to invest in companies, leaders, and ideas that tackle poverty. The organisation provides long-term debt or equity investments ranging from USD 250,000 to USD 3,000,000 in early-stage companies with payback or exit in seven to ten years. Acumen also offers fellowships that include leadership training and working with one of Acumen's portfolio companies.

AHL Venture Partners is an impact-focused venture capital firm in Africa. In addition to equity and debt financing, AHL provides services such as training on business model and strategy, impact monitoring and measurement, and links portfolio companies to partners and business opportunities.

Alitheia Capital offers financial and non-financial support to businesses contributing to the economic and social development of West Africa, mainly Nigeria.

<p>Atma is an accelerator for NGOs and social enterprises working in the education sector in India, with the vision to make quality education accessible to all children. Through its Accelerator Programme, Atma builds the capacity of NGOs and social enterprises with 1,200 hours of support, a partnership manager and three skilled volunteers per year. Organisations selected for the Accelerator Programme receive three years of consultancy support in 10 organisational development areas, including administration, finance, fundraising, monitoring &amp; evaluation, human resources, governance, leadership, strategy, development, programmes and marketing, as well as linkages to potential funders. To further enhance their operational capabilities Atma also conducts one-off trainings and workshops in various areas.</p>
