This market study assesses the feasibility of setting up an inclusive business private equity (PE) fund in India and Sri Lanka for the Asian Development Bank (ADB). It focuses on three key elements: the relevance of setting up a PE fund in the countries; the appropriate strategy for such a fund; and lastly how the ADB fund should be operationalised.
