This report suggests the success factors and lessons learned in the development of the Opportunities for the Majority (OMJ) Initiative at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) which developed a portfolio of diverse, innovative, scalable and proven solutions that address systemic market failures in the Latin America region. It provides recommendations for ADB to learn from Latin America in the pursuit of inclusive business.
