This report relays the outputs of the “Technical and Regulatory Aspects of Net-metering” workshop, attended by ASEAN-RESP and international experts in 2015. The report provides a basic framework to aspects that must be considered in the implementation of small scale embedded generation supporting mechanism for policymakers and regulatory bodies, and lists good practices from the region.
