This report summarizes the findings of the third Business Linkages Series event, held in Rio de Janeiro in 2008. where public and private business linkage practitioners discussed supply, distribution, and sales models that foster entrepreneurship and enterprise development among the BoP. The report points out opportunities to enable access to BoP markets and challenges in the forming of business linkages as well as corresponding patterns of solutions and cross-cutting themes using practical company examples.
