This paper looks at the experience of smallholders in the case of palm oil – primarily through the lense of stakeholders and observers involved in the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). The reader gets an insight into the activities of the RSPO including its tools and approaches, finally challenges & lessons for sustainable palm-oil production are presented.
