This paper explores how social enterprises measure impact: are impact investees using tools such as IRIS, a standard that was set up by the Global Impact Investing Network, or B Impact Assessment, a free tool by B Lab that helps any for-profit business measure and manage their social and environmental impact.? If they are, what factors are driving this adoption? If not, why not? And are they using other approaches instead?
