Designing Digital Financial Services for Smallholder Families: Lessons from Zimbabwe, Senegal, Rwanda, and Cambodia
This report synthesizes learnings from a project between CGAP and two human-centered design firms to design a new generation of smallholder-specific digital financial products and services across four countries- Zimbabwe, Senegal, Rwanda and Cambodia. It outlines a set of recommendations for financial service providers to consider when developing new offerings for smallholders.
