This document details the monitoring and evaluation system used in the Business Innovation Facility (BIF) pilot phase during 2010 to 2013. It is written for others involved in monitoring progress or assessing results of inclusive business and focuses on what issues are covered in the BIF Pilot M&E system; how each issue is addressed; and reflections on what has worked well and less well.
