This case study highlights the Employee Wellbeing Programme implemented in Ghana by German Development Cooperation. Starting with a situational analysis of the current health problems in Ghana, it provides the reader with insights into the business case by illustrating that Employee Wellbeing Programmes are beneficial for businesses. It describes the respective approach for employees, its implementation in partnership with important companies, its achievements and lessons learnt.
