This report deals with innovations of MSMEs, innovation policies in India, and it endeavours to understand the current status of how innovations are nurtured and commercialised by various support structures – on one hand by various government schemes and on the other, by the new age Impact Funds. The study focuses on ten government schemes and supported organisations that promote innovations and ten Impact Funds that have made their presence felt in low income consumer segments.
