This case study showcases the ACI agribusiness model, an integrated contract farming project that provides financing, inputs, training and guaranteed crop purchases to farmers; reducing costs and increasing yields. The study analyses the evolution of the model, how it works, commercial results, development impacts, and lessons learnt.
