Bonzun is one of the very first female founded femtech companies on the stock market. Bonzun’s first service, the virtual midwife launched in 2014, has helped millions of women to feel safe during their pregnancies. End of 2019 Bonzun IVF was released, a personalized IVF app specifically developed to increase chances to succeed with fertility treatments and conceiving a child. Our latest addition, Bonzun evolve, an interactive digital program that supports self-development and managing stress through behavioral therapy.

Inclusive Business Model

The business model is the provision of a responsive marketing channel for corporations in the healthcare sector. Commercial companies will pay for the opportunity to tailor marketing campaigns to specific regions, specific phases in the pregnancy or directly to healthcare professionals. They can also connect directly with a target group through surveys. In these cases the pregnant women will be paid a small fee if they participate in the study, so it will be a source of income for the users as well. The system takes a small commission for the contacts and the company will also sell reports, based on the statistics from the system.

Impact

Bonzun is serious about having an impact on maternal and child health. That is why the Chinese virtual midwife is free. It was launched in 2014, as one of the first mobile health initiative in the world, helping millions of women feel safe during their pregnancies.

It has saved many lives and had a major impact through the millions of users who download it from one of the 32 app stores where it’s available in China.
