The report aims to identify best practices and provide actionable recommendations related to providing scale technical assistance (scale TA) to SGBs. One of its findings is that most TA lacks a structured, systematic, and strategic approach to maximizing the SGB’s potential for scale. Several recommendations are offered to improve the scale TA ecosystem, including a move towards earlier and more holistic scale TA for small and growing businesses.
