This working paper maps the landscape of the small and growing businesses 'SGB' sector. It determines both the challenges facing SGB intermediaries and how ANDE and other organisations should support the field in addressing these challenges. It is based on desk research and almost 60 interviews and was funded by the Citi Foundation.
