This case study focuses on the inclusive business model of Duoc UC, a non-profit, private institution of higher education with 13 campuses in Chile. In contrast to five- or six-year university programmes, Duoc UC offers affordable two year technical degrees and four-year professional degrees as well as student loan financing through private banks and the government Credit Guaranteed by the State (CAE) program. The case describes the inclusive business model, the company's commercial drivers, results achieved as well as IFC's role and value add.
