This report explores the opportunities and challenges of scaling up investment in Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA) with specific reference to sub-Saharan Africa. It explores the barriers to scaling up climate finance for CSA, the sources and availability of finance across public and private sectors, and the relevant case studies that demonstrate how public and private finance can be used effectively to overcome these barriers and deliver finance to CSA at scale.
