Anne Schmidt
In order to create sustainable development and alleviate poverty, a strong, diversified & inclusive private sector is needed. Therefore, I am passionate about spreading inclusive business models, bringing together different interests while creating win-win situations.
Anne is responsible for iBAN’s Capacity Development offers for the private and the public sector as well as for iBAN’s impact monitoring.
Before Anne joined iBAN, she gained working experience with several political institutions, including the International Trade committee of the European Union. At GIZ’s Sectoral Project on Trade, Anne gained experience in giving technical and strategic advice to the BMZ. She holds a master degree in International Economics with a focus on development economics and regional economic integration.
