This study aims to understand experiences with clinical social franchising, a growing delivery model in private healthcare markets in low- and middle-income countries, from both the provider and client perspective. It is based on three large networks affiliated with international non-governmental organisations in Ghana and Kenya: BlueStar Ghana, Tunza Kenya and Amua Kenya.
