This case study focuses on the inclusive business model of Trustco Finance Proprietary (Pty) Ltd., which provides educational loans to students enrolled at the Institute for Open Learning (IOL)—the largest private distance-learning tertiary education institution in Namibia. The case describes the inclusive business model, the company's commercial drivers, results achieved as well as IFC's role and value add.
