This brief outlines SNV's 'NAPA' programme in Quang Binh, Vietnam, which aims to promote non-agricultural product activities (NAPA) that can enable its members to earn extra income. It reviews SNV's support to the programme including the set up a microfinance system, and establishing a training system for programme staff and participants; and it outlines the results and development impacts to date.
