The Green and Inclusive Business (GIB) Toolbox provides assistance for supporting companies at all different stages of business development. Firstly, start-ups can be supported in designing their business model in a green and/or inclusive way. Secondly, existing SMEs and large companies can adopt GIB models, for example by integrating small-scale producers into their value chains or adapting their products to new target groups. Thirdly, already existing GIB models can be scaled up for a greater outreach and development impact. From Costa Rica to Yemen, from regional to global level – this new toolbox contains 21 tried-and-tested tools, which have been developed to support green and inclusive business models in development cooperation.
