Welcome to the Inclusive Innovation training - a collaboration between SEED and IBA. 

Details:

  • Duration: 3 days
  • Date: February 26th to February 28th, 2018
  • Location: Nairobi, Kenya
  • Format: Participants work with the tools in groups and exchange insights in plenary
  • Fee: 750 euros p.p.

After the training you will appear as a trained inclusive innovation advisor on IBA and will be granted access to the full inclusive innovation toolkit.

NOTE: This training is dependent on reaching a minimum number of participants.

Why Inclusive Innovation?

Innovation is by definition uncertain, unpredictable and complex. It is therefore difficult to manage and not easily reduced to a fixed process. At the same time, inclusive innovation has been the gateway to many successful ventures and solutions at the BoP, and the need for it is growing.

The IBA Inclusive Innovation toolkit captures the experiences, insights, methods and tips from experienced practitioners, and translate them into concrete tools for use in various phases of the innovation process.

The main contributors to this toolkit include SEED, BoP Innovation Center, SNV, IB Sweden, Endeva, and TU Delft.
