This report explores lessons learned from the pilot phase of the Business Innovation Facility that provided technical assistance to inclusive businesses in Bangladesh, India, Malawi, Nigeria and Zambia. It presents 10 overall findings on the inclusive business models supported as well as their commercial and social results and identifies perseverance, partnerships, passion and pilots as essential ingredients for success.
