This case study assesses the outgrower scheme in rice that Intervalle and Yaanovel are piloting in Yamoussoukro, Cote D'Ivoire, and aims to contribute towards a better understanding about the impact that Public-Private-Partnerships in agriculture can have on smallholder farmers.
