This paper gives an overview of the business value that can be created from measuring poverty impact in an agricultural value chain initiative and points to some tools, indicators and lessons learned for how companies can go about maximizing the business and social impact of their work with smallholder farmers.

This report illustrates the challenges and benefits of inclusive recycling. It provides a toolkit which facilitates the integration of gender into recycling projects, and an analysis of women's and men's access to control over and benefit from resources in the recycling sector in Latin America and the Caribbean. It offers practical tools for project design and implementation for project managers which allow to increase the access of poor women to the formal recycling market.

This case study explores Peru-based venture Villa Andina, which works with local smallholder farmers to produce premium agro-industrial food products for export and sale in large domestic cities.
