Service delivery models (SDMs) are supply chain structures which provide services such as training, access to inputs and financing to farmers to increase their performance and sustainability. This report presents the overall findings of ten case studies on SDMs in the coffee and cocoa sectors. It provides data-driven insights on topics such as farmer profitability and value creation, service optimization and financial structures of SDMs.
